Creating a profile

When you create a profile, you provide the Foundation Swiss School of Public Health (SSPH+) with data about yourself and agree that the Foundation Swiss School of Public Health (SSPH+) may contact you about suitable positions. Your profile data is stored as a convenience to you and for the purpose of applying to several PhD positions, job openings or courses. In addition to you, only Foundation Swiss School of Public Health (SSPH+) employees and reviewers involved in the recruitment process are able to access your data.

You can delete your profile at any time. If you are not enrolled in an ongoing application process and have not logged in for more than one year, your profile and all the data contained within it will be automatically deleted.

Application for an advertised position

By applying for a position, you make your personal details available to the Foundation Swiss School of Public Health (SSPH+). You can view and update these details at any time. You confirm that the information given is true, and are aware that a false statement may lead to termination of the application process. For the purpose of recruitment, your data will be made available to the staff responsible for the recruiting process, the relevant organizational unit as well as authorized external persons who may be assisting in the recruitment process. The Foundation Swiss School of Public Health (SSPH+) keeps strictly confidential and will ensure that its service providers and such other third parties keep your personal information strictly confidential and that they only use the personal information for the specific purpose for which it was disclosed. The Foundation Swiss School of Public Health (SSPH+) and its service providers may use your personal information in an anonymized form (in a form in which your identity cannot be determined) for statistical purposes.

You can withdraw your application at any time. Rejected applications are deleted from the system after the recruitment process has been closed.

Providing a letter of reference to a candidate

By providing a letter of reference for a candidate, you provide information about your person as well as your assessment of a candidate and confirm that the information given is true. While the fact that you have provided a letter of reference is communicated to the candidate, the content of your letter of reference is not disclosed. This data will be made available to the staff responsible for the recruiting process, the relevant organizational unit as well as authorized external persons who may be assisting in the recruitment process. The Foundation Swiss School of Public Health (SSPH+) keeps strictly confidential and will ensure that its service providers and such other third parties keep your personal information strictly confidential and that they only use the personal information for the specific purpose for which it was disclosed. The Foundation Swiss School of Public Health (SSPH+) and its service providers may use your personal information in an anonymized form (in a form in which your identity cannot be determined) for statistical purposes.

You can withdraw your letter of reference at any time by contacting the GlobalP3HS program manager, indicating the details of the reference letter in question. Reference letters are automatically deleted from the system after the recruitment process has been closed.
